Total Lifetime Firearms Repair Policy
The lifetime of the gun...not the buyer. There is only one other major manufacture we are aware of in the firearms industry sure enough of their products to make that kind of statement. No other manufacturer has the confidence to extend this kind of offer. We know how good our guns are, and we are not afraid to stand behind them...for a lifetime.
Simply put, our unprecedented repair policy stands firmly behind every firearm manufactured by Anvil Arms LLC. The full terms are, "We will repair any defect in materials or Anvil Arms LLC workmanship FREE OF CHARGE for the lifetime of the firearm".
We at Anvil Arms LLC understand that many of our customers are Professional Law Enforcement Officers and home and business owners using these products to defend life and property. Malfunctions and broken equipment are simply not acceptable. Therefore, we are totally committed to the very highest standards of quality, dependability, and most of all, customer satisfaction.
Our Total Lifetime Repair Policy assures you of that commitment. In the unlikely event you should need to take advantage of our repair policy, please follow the directions on the
Weapon Shipping Instruction Pageand our
Warranty Work Order Form, which you can print out and send in with your firearm. We don't expect you to need it, but in the rare instance that you do, it's all right here for you. Additionally, prior to shipping anything, you are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to call or email us if your having ANY problems with your weapon. We have found that the vast majority of issues can be resolved without having to ship anything. This saves us all time and money. Our Total Lifetime Repair Policy extends to all firearms manufactured by Anvil Arms LLC.
This warranty does not cover accessories, cosmetic defects after one year, or damage caused by customer abuse, including but not limited to; Fire, water damage, rust, physical damage due to outright abuse, such as but not limited to; Using the rifle barrel as a pry bar or running over the gun with a vehicle, at any time. Installing certain after market parts, such as, but not limited to; Free floating hand guards, custom triggers, custom gas blocks by other that Anvil Arms LLC will void certain parts of the warranty. The use of other than factory ammunition or any use of Wolf brand ammunition or other steel cased or lacquer/paint covered ammunition is also not covered. Anvil Arms LLC will not be responsible for these items in any way. Normal wear and tear items are also not covered.
Notice of Disclaimer of Liability
Anvil Arms LLC will not be responsible for the results of normal wear and tear, careless handling, unauthorized repairs, adjustments, modifications, corrosion, neglect, unreasonable, unsafe or unlawful use.
Anvil Arms LLC assumes no responsibility for damage and or injury caused in whole or in part by hand loaded, reloaded, defective or steel cased ammunition. Under no circumstances shall Anvil Arms LLC be responsible for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss or injury to persons or property arising out of the use of hand loaded, re-manufactured or steel cased ammunition, negligence, (including inadequate or improper maintenance and/or lubrication) unsafe handling, unauthorized and/or illegal modification to the firearm or any act committed in the commission of any crime.
