Please DO NOT ship packages and request an “Adult Signature Only”.
We are a professional firearms manufacturing company, there are only adults here.
However, we are not open regular hours and both UPS and FedEx require ALL “Adult
Signature Only” deliveries to be delivered ONLY to the exact address, no
secure drop locations next door or any such thing.
Requiring an adult signature is guaranteed to cause a long delay and in the case
of FedEx likely a return of the package.
We have an attended, secure locked drop point but neither shipper is allowed to
use it with “Adult Signature Only” shipments. Simply request “Signature Required”,
not “Adult signature Required”

Sending items via Certified, Insured or Signature Required US Mail will guarantee that it is delayed in getting to us by at least 7-10 days and very well may be returned to you. We have a secured, locked mail box for mail ALL PACKAGES TO BE SENT via UPS or Federal Express as noted above.
We get well over 200 Emails every day. We use an Email address tracking program to
track conversations and link things together to try to provide you better service.
Please try to use the same email address each time you email us, otherwise we can
