L2 LED Light OD
Pentagon says: L2 LED Light utilizes a high power LED as the light source, which are regulated by electronic circuitry and engineered to be the high-tech flashlights of the 21st century. The sophisticated onboard electronics regulates the current delivered to the LED to ensure maximal brightness while sustaining the duration of peak brightness. LED is power efficient and does not need frequent lamp replacement since it will not burn out like the filament of incandescent bulbs.
With this efficiency and our gold plated mechanism for optimal heat management and electrical conductance, L2 has a runtime of at least 90 minutes at peak brightness and at least 3 hours of usable light output with diminishing output. With maximal 85 lumens of eye-blinding maximal focused white light, L2 is a great tactical light for close quarter combat and room-to-room searches.
Powered by two pieces of 10-year shelf-life CR-123A lithium batteries and a shockproof light source, L2 is also an ideal flashlight as part of emergency preparation kit. Our proprietary textured reflector is designed for focusing the light generated into a smooth intensified light beam. A twist for constant-on and a push for momentary-on PentagonLight signature TC1 tail-cap switch is featured for operating the light. The anti-roll pentagonal shape tail-cap makes it easy for one-hand operation.
Crafted out of aerospace grade aluminum tube using precision CNC machine, L2 is rugged and tough for the toughest environments. The exterior of L2 is in anti-corrosive Type II Olive Drab anodized finish with PentagonLight dual tone design. All connections are sealed with double O-rings for fail-safe protection against water leakage. L2 is not just a limited use LED light, since its head is interchangeable for alternate light sources from a diverse selection of conversion heads available separately, so your initial investment for a high quality flashlight is maximized.
An ultra-tension titanium lanyard hook on the tail-cap is designed for attaching the included length-adjustable and detachable lanyard. Optional tail-caps are available for additional switching functions, including remote pressure pad switch tail-caps, push on/off tail-cap, and swivel belt-clip tail-cap.
