Uses standard A2 front sight post. Super smooth ball bearing pivot deten automatically locks in the raised position with lock detent button. Comes in two heights. Rail height for forearm mounting and gas block height. Rail mounted sight is the same height as a F marked front sight post. Constructed of high quality 6061 aluminum hard coat anodized for a lifetime of service. Rail version folds to the rear, Gas block version folds to the front
